2. Orders and Payment

    • All orders must include clear instructions, including design specifications, print sizes, and required quantities.

  2. Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.
    • We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

  3. Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may incur charges based on work completed.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be issued for faulty products or services that fail to meet agreed specifications.
    • Customised items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

3. Turnaround Times

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or supply chain issues. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Proof Approval:

    • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Print Mule is not liable for errors (e.g., spelling, layout) that are approved by the customer.

  2. Intellectual Property:

    • You must have the legal right to use any content (e.g., logos, images) provided to us for your order. You indemnify Print Mule against any claims arising from unauthorised use.
