    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may incur charges based on work completed.
  4. Refunds:

    • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Print Mule is not liable for errors (e.g., spelling, layout) that are approved by the customer.

    • You must have the legal right to use any content (e.g., logos, images) provided to us for your order. You indemnify Print Mule against any claims arising from unauthorised use.
